Text Box: Myron Hieronymous Thomas & Company is pleased to report that between 1998 and 2003 our productions were used in cases resulting in over $20,000,000 in settlements for clients. Included were two personal injury cases which each brought about agreements of $1.5 million for the clients. The productions of these cases included Day In The Life of presentations along with several video presentations of the clients actual surgical procedures and full scale composite videos incorporating elements of client testimonial, physician review, scene recreations, surgeries, and rehabilitation. One of these cases followed the victim over 2 years and documented 4 surgeries on videotape. Additional cases included a wrongful death suit, in which a video history of the victim was created featuring comments from the victims father, 8mm movie scenes and photo’s from birth to his untimely death at age 27, along with newspaper clippings detailing the crash that took his life. The case settled for the policy limits. A case involving an injury to the knee settled for nearly half a million dollars. We created a video case presentation using interviews with the victim before surgery and in the hospital the day after surgery, a medical history detailing treatments since accident to present, illustrative descriptions of the knee, video examples of endoscopic surgery and a video of major total knee replacement surgical procedure,
